We publish our prices — most installers don't. Every package below is the full, installed price with no hidden extras:
| Package | Price (installed) | Fire option |
|---|---|---|
| 2.2 metre media wall | £3,200 | 40" electric fire or storage-only |
| 2.4 metre media wall (most popular) | £3,400 | 50" electric fire or storage-only |
| 2.7 metre media wall | £3,600 | 60" electric fire or storage-only |
Every package includes: Govee RGBIC LED lighting · choice of 40–70" fire or storage · all electrical work · all joinery work · TV & satellite cable management and installation · 3 metres of acoustic panels (12 slat styles) · 2 double sockets hidden in the cabinet · TV backpanel up to 100" · every wire relocated and hidden · choice of 40+ Egger colours and textures. Custom sizes are priced individually.
It depends what got cut to hit the price. If the quote is under £2,000 installed, check whether the fire, electrics and cable management are included — usually at least one isn't. Flat-pack CNC units also show visible joins and unmatched grain, which is what makes a media wall look budget.
With all trades under one roof (our model), one day: in at 8am, handed over the same evening. Firms that subcontract the electrician and plasterer typically need 3–10 days across multiple visits.
Estate agents consistently list media walls among the most requested living-room features in UK homes, and a well-built one photographs exceptionally well for listings. Like most interior improvements, a quality installation is more about sellability and lifestyle than a pound-for-pound valuation increase.
No. A media wall is furniture/joinery fixed to an internal wall, with an electric (not gas) fire — no planning permission or building warrant needed in the UK.
